**To get your CE Credit: 

1. Enter your name, your clinic's name, and your email address in the Zoom chat box. I will use this information to manually send you a CE certificate.

2. You will need to send me ( KVMASecTreas@gmail.com ) an individual email if you use your phone to dial in for audio 

3. Please reach out to me directly if you do not receive your CE email in 10 business days
